WIND SOCK COMPLETE WITH SWIVELHOOP & BASE 12 X 60″

Description

This part comes complete with the sock, hoop and base. The steel carbon base slides on to a 1″ pole (not provided) and the hoop swivles in the base in tough nylon bushings.

Having windsocks on-site helps to conform to regulatory requirements like Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines. Regulatory requirements specify “Three Dimensional Wind Direction Indicators”.

Available in nylon or polyester material. (Polyester has very low static electricity compared to nylon). Our polyester is light weight to provide sensitivity in the slightest of breezes. Our nylon, in various colors, is a slightly heavier material. The materials have been tested to find the best color fastness and strength.

Polyester socks are available in Caution Yellow (CY), Danger Red (DR), or Flash Orange (FO) colors.
Nylon socks are available in Yellow (Y), Red (R), Green (G), Blue (B), Orange (O) or in White (W) colors.

Hoop and base are steel carbon, base is painte black.

Airport Socks and Hardware
Airport socks are made from orange and white nylon material arranged in five alternate bands, the first and last being the darker color.
